Excellent! I loved the look on your face as the haggis arrived. Interesting that the oat cakes were worse than the haggis! You're the best!

So, the first thought I had when we watched this video together is of "The Office" where Michael makes that video and then asks everyone what they thought of it and Kevin says, "Uh... it was kind of hard to hear..." But this video was way better than a Michael Scott video. You're so brave! Miss you!

Alright, Elizabeth! Way to go for trying haggis. I've lived 45 minutes from the Scottish border for five years and haven't ventured to the dark side of trying that one! Neeps and Tatties. lol hilarious that they use the slang version in the menu. Neeps = swede (yellow turnip) and Tatties = taters, potatoes (mash).
I ate oat cakes daily when I worked. They're beautiful with toppings, and great for sustaining your fullness

"It's called haggis, what did you expect?"

That's a classic!

You are so brave! I don't think I could even try the haggis!

hmm. I remember your not wanting to try pumpkin cheesecake, yogurt parfaits, or cucumber smoothies because you thought they sounded too gross. Too each her own I guess. I'd say you definitely get an "A+" for branching out.

That was really funny1 Good for you - you have to try the local food. I mean, how many times are you gonna be in Scotland?

That is awesome! I love that you guys made a video of it too, that is just plain fun. Props to you for trying haggis, and for taking time from your busy tourist schedule to blog about it, super impressive!
